Gravel Hauling & Spreading in Northern Colorado.
Gravel hauled and spread for drives, lots, and working surfaces. Clean, compacted, even.
About Gravel Hauling & Spreading.
There's a real difference between dumping a load of gravel in a driveway and putting down a working surface that lasts. The wrong spec, the wrong depth, no compaction, no edge work — and you're back hauling gravel every spring. The right spec, the right depth, properly spread and compacted — and the surface holds for years with minimal maintenance.
NLS hauls and spreads gravel across Northern Colorado for residential drives, ag yards, ranch lots, equipment storage areas, and parking surfaces. We source from reputable local pits, deliver in the right truck count for the area, spread to specified depth, and compact so the gravel actually locks together rather than rolling under tires for the next six months.
Pricing on gravel work depends as much on hauling distance as it does on material — we're happy to walk you through the trade-offs between spec choices (Class 6 road base vs. ¾" vs. 1.5" vs. recycled asphalt millings) so you pick what fits the use and the budget.

Why NLS for gravel hauling & spreading.
We compete on getting the dirt right the first time. Hire us once, hire us again — and tell your neighbor. That's the whole business plan.
Drive, lot, or working surface — we recommend the gravel that holds up to what you actually run on it.
A roller pass after spreading is the difference between a surface that lasts and one that scatters.
Hauling distance often costs more than material. We tell you both numbers up front.
Edges blended in, not piled. The surface looks finished, not dropped.
Common questions.
How much gravel do I need? +
Standard rule: an inch deep across 100 sq ft is about a third of a cubic yard. We measure and give you a real number.
Can you do recycled asphalt? +
Yes — millings make a great low-cost, hard-pack surface for rural drives and lots.
Do you spread or just deliver? +
Either. Some customers want straight delivery; we usually spread and compact for a finished surface.
Do you handle large parking lots? +
Yes — multi-acre yards and lots, with proper sub-base where required.
