NLS handles demolition across Northern Colorado for outbuildings, sheds, residential structures, slabs, foundations, fences, and abandoned features that need to come out before a new build can go in. We coordinate with licensed plumbers and electricians for utility caps, route concrete to local recycling where available, and sort metal for salvage where it makes economic sense for both of us.
On regulated material — asbestos, fuel tanks, hazardous waste — we pause and bring in the right licensed contractor first. We don't demo what we shouldn't. When the dust settles, the site is clean, raked, and ready for whatever's next.
