Grading is where the dirt-work becomes a finished surface — and where small mistakes cost real money downstream. A pad that's a tenth out of grade can throw off framing. A yard that drains the wrong way costs a foundation. A finish grade with the wrong density cracks slabs in a year. The whole point of a grading job is to hand off a surface that lets every trade after you do their job at full speed.

We run GPS-guided grading on every job that benefits from it. The base station goes up, the rover walks the site, and the machine's blade reads the engineered surface in real time — typically holding within a tenth of a foot on finish pads. For finish work that doesn't need GPS-grade tolerance, we still grade with the same crew, the same machines, and the same eye for runoff and surface flow. By the time we walk off, the surface is set up for whatever's next — concrete, framing, fence, gravel, or just a property that finally looks the way you want it to.
